The Code Compliance Committee is responsible for insuring all community members are in compliance with our community rules as described in the Green Valley West Bylaws, Declarations, Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Amendments.
All community members should take a minute to review the Common Violations below. It's up to all of us to insure our community is as safe & beautiful as possible.
Common Violations
Lawns Cut, Watering, Attractiveness
Blocking Sidewalks
Parking On Streets - More Than Two Hours or Overnight
Exceeding Posted Speed Limit, Speeding (Offensive Activity)
Working On Vehicles On Driveway
Unregistered Vehicles Not Stowed In Garage Or Off Property
Cats and/or Dogs Not On Leash
Trash/Garbage Cans Not Brought In On Time (Monday Evening Out and Tuesday Evening In)
Yard Accessories - Hoops , Lawn Chairs
Pool Filters and Gas Tanks Visible from Street
Design Changes - Colored Mailboxes, Driveway Extensions, Garage Screens
To report a violation or if you have any questions about a suspected violation please contact any Board Member.
If you have received a notice or violation from the committee you should address any concerns at the next Green Valley West Homeowners Association Board Meeting. Monthly meetings are scheduled for the 4th Monday of each month.
